How to Approach a Girl

I have a situation which is in extreme need of some advise. My name is Jared I`m 16 and there is a girl that lives about a mile away from me. She is gorgeous. But for the life of me I can`t think of how to introduce myself to her. She doesn`t go to the same school as me, so i have only seen her once. Truthfully I never knew she even lived there. Now I want to get to know her, but I am shy so i don`t want to just knock on the door and say what`s up, nor do i want to wait until she is outside or something. If I do go to the door or her house what could I say.

Okay, so you don`t know this girl, but do you happen to know ANYONE in her neighborhood that could at least tell you who she is and a little about her? Since you`ve only seen her once she may have just moved in recently (though sadly she could have just been visiting). Obviously you need to make driving past her house part of your daily routine. You don`t want to stalk her, but do drive by after school casually and see if you can see her again...and if you do? You`re going to have to be brave my dear young man and introduce yourself. You`re going to have to get out of your car, or off your skateboard or bike, and walk up and say "Hi, my name`s Jared and I just wanted to say you`re really attractive" and then you`re going to smile charmingly and LEAVE.

Don`t stare, don`t stammer, and don`t hang out unless she makes it clear she wants to talk... but even if she does want to hang out and talk, make it short and sweet. Tell her a place you hang out regularly and that it would be cool to hang out there together sometime. If you can get her email address or telephone number GREAT, but stay! Leave quickly so she`ll want more of you not less! Make sense? Okay, go for it!
