How to Get Your Girlfriend to Watch Porn

It's a commonly held belief that girls don't like porn - and it's easy to see why. Certainly male-targeted skin flicks far outweigh the number of films produced for and by women. But getting your girlfriend to watch porn with you isn't as difficult as you may think.
Most women have had limited exposure to porn, and it's easy to form a quick bad impression when all you've seen are occasional glimpses Ð especially they represent the cum-in-the-eye school of porn.

Ever vigilant to you, our loyal readers, we plunged into the latest DVDs, searching for movies that might get your girlfriend wet -- or at least, won't send her running screaming from the TV.
But first a quick list of do's and don'ts:
- When you're watching porn, you're probably looking at the big-dicked dudes banging hot porn stars thinking, "Man... I could be that guy!" Well, your girlfriend's thinking she could be that girlÉ so choose movies in which the girls look like they're actually having fun and enjoying themselves. Avoid prolonged ass-fucking movies, unless your girl's an anal freak. Even then, it's important to make sure the porn buttsex is realistic (i.e., features lots of lube, doesn't go on for two hours.) All too often, porn anal just looks plain painful. And that's not hot.
- Try to pay attention to how your girl's responding. If the look on her face is more stunned than seductive, change the film.
- Did we mention realism? Again, avoid films that feature XXX acrobatics. Of late, a position we like to call "the spider monkey" has become popular in porn films. Typically, the dude sits while the girl squats atop him, humping his cock while bent up like a pretzel. This is not hot. This does not make a girl think, "I could fuck my man like that!" This makes a girl think she could get a charley horse Ð or wind up in traction.

The Boss
We started our girlfriend-friendly review process with a little picture called The Boss. This movie, hosted by British vixen Hannah Harper, is a Penthouse Letters production filmed in a series of vignettes all focused on the same topic, as indicated by the title: banging the boss. From the sexy mechanic to the drill sergeant who wants to, er, drill, this film takes on every porn cliche there is, to pleasing effect. There's no new ground broken here (literally - oral and vaginal sex are about as wild as this pic gets) which makes it a great choice for introducing your ladyfriend to porn. The girls are lovely, most of the dudes are actually good-looking, the sex is enthusiastic and the minimal dialogue is campy and fun, not painful.
Double Parked
Speaking of painful, the next film we screened was Hustler's Double Parked.This three-hour fuckfest might actually be the anti-girlfriend porn. From the prolonged double penetration with no visible lube to the ATM (that's "ass-to-mouth" for those of you who are blissfully ignorant), Double Parked is filled with scenes destined to make your lady think "ew," not "ooooh." We're not saying girls can't appreciate a little DP - but it may not be the right way to introduce your special lady to the wide world of adult films. Seriously - between the gagging, the spitting, the vag to ass to vag and the truly atrocious dialogue, there is nothing to recommend this film.
Speakeasy
In an effort to reclaim the little piece of our souls that died while watching the previous, we turned to Penthouse's Speakeasy. This little retro number is just plain fun, and very girlie friendly. There are sumptuous costumes - girlfriend plus! There's fabulous hair and a putative plot, centering on gangsters and a betrayal and a rich playboy... or something. We got distracted.
The sex in Speakeasy ranges from stylized and classic to spontaneous and playful, and is set to a soundtrack of jazz classics. There's a bit of variety, from straight-up missionary, to a bit of anal to a little lez action. The anal scene (poolside, French maid) isn't the prolonged dry humping of Double Parked, rather, the actress is clearly well-lubed - and seems to be enjoying herself. By the end of this short film (118 minutes) the gangster plot is resolved in a hail of bullets, and the good guys... well... Or something. We got distracted.
My First Girlfriend
The last film your devoted reviewers screened was the Penthouse Forum flick My First Girlfriend. Unabashedly sensual, this film starts off slow, with lots of hot French kissing and nipple rubbing interspersed with seemingly sincere descriptions from the starring Penthouse Pets about what exactly it is about girl-on-girl action that turns their crank. The build-ups are slow, not the "Oh, hey, people fucking" scenarios omnipresent in some porn. When the girls get down to serious action - think vibrators and lots of cunnilingus - they're going all out, moaning and thrashing, having loud, realistic orgasms. If your girl is a two-beer queer or liquor lesbian - or you think she might be - this is the film for you.
The best way to ensure your girl takes to porn like a fish to water is to show her a good time. Pop in a DVD while giving her the best head of her life, and she'll have good memories, guaranteed.
