What Is The Secret to Picking Up Women Out In Public?
What if I told you that many women believe in love at first site, and it is true to a degree because "most" females know within the first 30 seconds of you doing the pick up if they are going to sleep with you or not.
Keep in mind that some guys are capable of changing the minds of many women if they don't make the 30 second time limit but those are not the majority.
As much as men are guilty of being "visual creatures" basing everything initially on a women's looks - women are guilty as well of sizing us up and deciding right away if we meet their "criteria" for a potential mate. Let's face it not all men are TALL, DARK & HANDSOME.
The More Attractive A Guy Is Picking Up A Woman, The More Trouble He's Seen As
Many of us (men) are just regular guys with regular lives and want the same thing everyone else wants - to meet that one person that is not like everyone else.
It is an understatement to say that women judge us a lot more than we judge them, especially when we try to pick up women. Among men it seems all is forgiven when a woman is beautiful and among women the more attractive a guy is the more trouble he is.
Women often judge to quick if a guy is too good looking or is too confident so periodically you have to watch out for coming off this way. All women want a handsome confident man to sweep them off their feet, but if he appears to have that effect on many women he starts losing points.
Losing points is the descending rating scale that females use to decide whether they like us enough to sleep with us. REMEMBER: Just because a female wants to go out on a date with you does no mean she wants to sleep with you. If you don't rack up enough points (she won't tell you when your close either) to get her juices flowing - north and south of her border - then you will never know the glory of her garden.
There is a hierarchy and echelon system to how both sexes think about the other and if they will be a potential mate. With men a woman could lose points quickly but gain them back even quicker with a sexy smile or a kiss. Guys already know when they want to sleep with a female - it is the moment he asks her out.
So think about it - the moment two people meet two things are happening - her points are going up and his points are going down. She will judge him on the things he does and his points will fluctuate depending on his charm, chivalry, charisma, looks and sense of humor plus a few other things she won't tell you. On the other hand he will base it on two things: is she hot? & is she paying any attention to me?
How You 'Look' On Her Arm - It's All In Your Attitude
So the moment you say "Hello" you are a potential sex partner - and every moment you spend with her has to work for you or it will work against you. You have to be conscious of your behavior because she definitely is and women want to know what you would look like or act like if they had their friends around - yes believe it guys! A woman checks us out for every reason including how YOU look on THEIR arm... Better said, how your 'attitude' looks on their arm.
As you are putting in the work with her be focused on not being too much of anything and a little bit of everything. Women love to laugh and be silly and have fun but if you are a joker all of the time and too silly then you will never be considered a serious partner. You have to know when to joke and make fun of things and also when to turn it off.
This applies to the opposite as well. If you are too serious and always trying to impress people with how smart you are then you will come off as a pompous ass and nobody is going to bed with a pompous ass.
Never Reveal Too Much
After the initial woman pick up, take great care in how much you reveal all at once to her. You might think your stories of barhopping are endearing yet she might see you as an alcoholic. People are impressed with others that are well-rounded, not "show stealers".
So imagine you have only 30 seconds to impress or get the attention of a female you are attracted to. Think about it, 30 seconds - that is about how long it takes for your cell phone to go to voice mail if you don't answer it as soon as it rings.
First - "go with what you know". If you know she is not looking at you or giving you any "signals" then don't go. If she is giving you attention and she looks warm to your advance then for sure don't waste any more of the 30 seconds you have left. Second, get in a good mood real quick and never stop smiling as you greet her and say something charming like, "hello".
Hello. This probably doesn't sound like the most charming thing you might say but it is the most acceptable. Try saying it with voice inflection and character. For example, Helloooo...
Greet her properly, give her a nice compliment, ask her something about herself, smile the whole time and suggest another meeting. That is the 30 second formula and it barely changes. The degree of risk goes up if YOU are not paying attention to the signs. For example, if she never turns her body toward you then the 30 seconds is now 10. This is for you as well so make sure you have a captive audience.
Rack Up Points
The clock is now ticking and it is up to you to read the signs and count your points. The longer you end up standing there talking to her (and not saying anything that makes you look like a dork) the more points you are accumulating every second. Make a graceful exit, either with her tagging alongside back to your place or with her phone number in your wallet.
