Are You A Great Lover Or A Bad Lover?

It’s a secret dread of just about everyone isn’t it? To find out that you were the worst lover another man or woman has ever had? We cringe at the thought but we’re still curious to know, right?

With that in mind I asked several men to share with me their “worst lover” experiences and three main points came up:


My Lover Played “The Corpse” Bride

In our modern age where information about sexuality is at every bookstore and on thousands of websites men just aren’t buying the “I’m innocent and don’t know what to do” act that so many women still use. Men want lovers not women who lie there and let the guy “have his way with her.” You need to learn how to be an active participant in sex and not just expect a man to take care of everything.


My Lover Wouldn’t Tell Me What She Liked

Contrary to popular female belief men are not given operating instructions for female sexuality once they hit puberty. They’re just as scared and baffled about how we function sexually and we are – and they aren’t mind readers. Too many women assume a man should “just know” how to touch them – but how can they if you don’t show them? Men usually use a much firmer touch on themselves when they masturbate than women do so they literally need to be shown/told exactly what you need to bring you the most pleasure. I hate to say it but the old double standard still exists for many men. You can be angry about it or be smart. My rule of thumb is that you should never sleep with a man you can’t discuss safe sex and birth control with and if you sleep with a man on the first date do so for your own gratification not because you think it’s going to make him like you more.

Are some men only attracted to women because they want to have sex with them? Sadly yes, but if we’re honest ladies the same goes for us as well – we’re just not as conditioned to admit it.

“There really wasn't a bad lover. One or two with whom I would never do it again to be sure, but that's just because I care a lot more about compatibility now.

I guess if I had to say worst, it'd be the third one, only because I pursued and I knew she would give in almost right away. If I remember correctly, I saw her three times over a span of two weeks, and we had sex on the second and third dates. Then I never had any further contact with her again because I was ashamed for using her without any intention of starting a real relationship.

My Best Lover ...

My best experience was about four years ago. I think the reason it was so good was because it was very wrong. She was my best friend's girlfriend at the time. But they broke up and I didn't see her that much. So about four months later, I run into her at a party.
